Our Story

From Faith in Fashion
to Something Bigger

Back in 2020, in the midst of a world grappling with the pain of the COVID-19 Pandemic, our story found its first notes. A time when uncertainty cast a shadow everywhere you looked, leaving hearts heavy and spirits searching. People wore their emotions on their sleeves – sadness, frustration, anger, and fear.

I found myself in one of the last church services my family attended before isolation. A song was played by the worship group – “Thrive” by Casting Crowns – and its lyrics struck a chord.

“We lift Your name on high
Shine like the sun, make darkness run and hide
We know we were made for so much more than ordinary lives
It’s time for us to more than just survive
We were made to thrive”

Those verses struck a chord deep within We could do more as a community. Some of us just have hard time expressing ourselves. And with that, the concept of WeThrive was born. The vision was simple: faith-inspired clothing that allowed a community of like-minded Christians to express their faith through fashion, when words fell short. A way for a community of kindred spirits, bound by faith, to wear their beliefs with joy and passion.

Now in 2023, after taking a break for a couple years, the pandemic has passed but we have seen that the need for WeThrive has not. WeThrive has evolved into a hub, offering resources for Christians at any stage of their faith journey. It has become a source of daily inspiration and motivation, fuelling faith and fostering a sense of community.

Our story isn’t just about clothing; it’s about weaving together threads of faith, community, and self-discovery. It’s about embracing the idea that we’re meant for more than mere survival. We’re here to thrive, to radiate positivity, and to uplift one another. This is WeThrive – a place where faith and fashion intertwine, where every thread tells a story of courage, hope, and the unbreakable bond that unites us all.

Join us as we embark on this journey and join our community.
Togeher we can do more than survive.
